PowerOpsHQ is a managed Remote Operations Center (ROC) delivered through highly specialized delivery pods. We take raw SCADA and monitoring alarms and convert them into clear, dispatch-ready escalation packets.
Powered by AI anomaly detection and strict procedural discipline, PowerOpsHQ guarantees rapid acknowledgment, triage, and handoff SLAs. We own the incident taxonomy and the exception handling, ensuring maximum uptime and minimized risk for energy asset owners.
What You'll Build
You will build a mission-critical infrastructure operations company. You will map complex SCADA alarm taxonomies into actionable SOPs, integrate digital twin technologies, and run a 24/7 remote operations center that serves as the nervous system for millions of dollars in energy assets.
Your Responsibilities
As the CEO, you are responsible for executing from 0 to 1.
Integrate & Map Data
Lead the technical onboarding for pilot sites, integrating with their existing SCADA systems and mapping raw alarms into our operational taxonomy.
Close the First Sale
Pitch VPs of Operations to trust PowerOpsHQ. Close your first deal and secure the first pilot contracts to generate early revenue.
Own the Revenue Engine
Drive sales and own the revenue generation engine. Build a repeatable pipeline targeting IPPs to aggressively grow per-MW retainers.
Enforce Critical SLAs
Manage the shift leads to guarantee our core metrics: acknowledgment under 5 minutes, triage under 15, and dispatch handoff under 30.
Scale Operations 24/7
Build the hiring, training, and QA pipeline required to maintain a flawless, round-the-clock remote operations team.
Who We're Looking For
- Significant experience in energy asset management, utility operations, or specialized industrial command centers (NOC/ROC).
- Deep understanding of SCADA systems, industrial IoT, and renewable energy performance metrics.
- Exceptional operational rigor; you understand what it takes to run a flawless 24/7 shift-based team.
- Ability to speak the language of Field Service Leads, Asset Directors, and technical engineers.
- Strong systems-thinking capability to translate physical engineering problems into digital operational workflows.
The Ideal Candidate
You are an energy sector veteran—perhaps a former O&M Director or NOC Manager—who sees how inefficient current monitoring solutions are. You are deeply technical but fiercely operational. You thrive in high-stakes environments where uptime is money, and you have the leadership gravitas to convince enterprise asset owners to trust your team.
