Founder Recruited
We recruit an operator to run the business as its Founder. Recruitment is rolling and per company: a role stays open until we find the right operator, and closes the moment we do. The founder receives a full-time salary and meaningful equity.
Build and Launch
Concept capital is deployed. The commercial office stands up sales and onboarding while a systemized delivery pod is assembled to execute the SOPs. The founder owns the outcome, not the paperwork.
First Paying Customer
The standard is a paying customer within 90 days of launch. This is the gate that separates a business from a plan, and it is the condition for the next stage of funding.
Systemize
Every repeatable step becomes an SOP the delivery pod runs without the founder in the loop. Seed funding supports the push to $10,000 MRR with positive unit economics.
