To achieve this, we rely on a strong community foundation built on mutual respect, integrity, and shared ambition.
These guidelines apply to all founders, team members, applicants, and partners operating within our digital spaces, in-person events, and residency programs.
1. Community Values

- Collaboration: We believe in rising together. Sharing knowledge, resources, and constructive feedback benefits the entire portfolio.
- Integrity: Honesty, transparency, and accountability are non-negotiable in how we conduct business and interact with each other.
2. Expected Behavior
We expect all community members to:
- Be respectful, welcoming, and open-minded toward differing perspectives.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback when requested, focusing on the business logic, not the individual.
- Protect the confidentiality of other founders' ideas, metrics, and internal strategies.
- Proactively contribute to the success of peers by sharing relevant experiences and lessons learned.
3. Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors will not be tolerated in our community:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or background.
- Spamming community channels with irrelevant promotions, solicitations, or self-serving advertisements.
- Misrepresenting your business metrics, achievements, or capabilities to peers or A Foundery leadership.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
As a startup incubator, ideas and sensitive operational data are shared freely in the spirit of growth. You are strictly expected to respect the Intellectual Property (IP) and confidential information of fellow founders. Do not replicate, exploit, or externally share another founder's proprietary strategies, trade secrets, or financial metrics without their explicit consent.
5. Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Community Policy, please report it immediately to our team. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality to protect the privacy of the individual reporting the incident.
6. Enforcement
A Foundery leadership reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any violation of these guidelines. Consequences may include a formal warning, temporary suspension from community channels or events, or in severe cases, permanent removal from the A Foundery residency program and network.
