Summer 2026 is our latest cohort because the market is rewarding businesses that improve execution, reduce hiring pressure, and protect cash flow not businesses that need long burn cycles. SMBs want clear scope, flat monthly pricing, reliable SLAs, and one owner of outcomes, because building these functions in in-house is expensive and inconsistent. At the same time, many small businesses still report open roles they can't fill, and fewer feel very comfortable with cash flow so they prefer operational partners that can deliver results without adding fixed headcount. A Foundery is built exactly for that environment: Commercial office for sales/onboarding + Systemized Delivery Pods for SOP execution + a shared Foundery OS, with strict "scale or stop" gates to keep discipline real. This is why we're launching Sprint 2026 as A Foundery to build 10+ pod scalable businesses that can reach revenue fast, retain on monthly contracts, and compound through repeatable systems.
